BIO

Three things are my passion and foundation: FAITH, FAMILY, AND COUNTRY MUSIC.

I grew up in the small town of Commerce, Georgia where I started singing at the age of 9. I learned a lot by listening to singers and studying their voices and the way they would pronounce their words in songs. I grew up in the 90′s when country music was hot and albums would go platinum in a week! Some of my favorite artists from that period are Garth, Wynonna, Travis Tritt, Little Texas, Diamond Rio, Billy Dean, Joe Diffie, Hal Ketchum, Trisha Yearwood, Pam Tillis, John Berry, Patty Loveless, Tanya Tucker, Clint Black, and King George Strait =)

I recently recorded my first country record with producer Jason Hoard. We went into this recording with big hopes and expectations….and we are still on cloud 9! This EP is a collection of 5 songs that describe “Who I Am” which is why I decided to title the record that.

These stories are personal from the up-tempo tune “Green Nova” which is about my great uncle Bob and aunt Jolene to the song about memories “Garth”. I’m so proud of these songs and hope you will enjoy them as well!

Hi friends!

I am so happy you found my blog! I hope you spend some time looking at my most recent work and get to know a little about me! I would love to get to know you too, so feel free to send me a message or leave some love on the blog!

I have always had an interest in photography because my dad is a photographer, but it wasn't until a few years ago that I actually decided to pursue it. My husband purchased my first "big hardcore camera" for me as a wedding gift and that's where it all began! Yes, he is fabulous! We have been married almost three years and life is just getting better and better! We have two dogs-- Lolli and King whom I'm sure you will meet throughout my blog.

I love the feeling I get when I look through the lens of my camera. Feelings of pure joy, happiness, contentment, and excitement consume me. It's so easy to go through life and forget to "stop and smell the roses", but when I capture a newborn's big yawn, or the first time a groom sees his beautiful bride, it reminds me of how wonderful all the little things in life truly are. I enjoy capturing true emotion and real life moments in my photographs. Never fails when people are being genuine and having fun it makes for an amazing photograph. My hope is that when someone looks at their photograph they will think back and remember how happy they were at that specific moment in time.

I would LOVE the opportunity to get to know you, possibly take your photos, or even just grab a cup of coffee and be friends! Feel free to call or email me. )
