The lady that runs this place is really nice. I've gotten my suit dry cleaned, dress shirts starched, etc. and she charges reasonable prices. I just wouldn't get my clothes altered here since it costs nearly double than other places. Overall quick and convenient service.

Used to offer good service but as of late we have had to return clothes which is wrinkled, pressed wrongly and several buttons has been torn off clothes when you have to pay to get same replaced. They returned clothes 3 times without the promised buttons replaced, when we simply took our business elsewhere !

Customers beware: poor quality and service.

This store was my go-to dry cleaning service at Sugar Land, and it is time to search elsewhere. I brought my pants in for stain treatment and dry clean, only to find that my pants were ruined with two holes around the leg area during pickup. Complained to the manager, and was told that it wasn't their fault, it was my fault or my wife who ironed it; the holes weren't there when I brought it in for service.
