I brought in my old sconces to rechrome. I emailed Alan and got an estimate of $150 for chroming and rewiring both of the sconces. But when I went there other people told me that it would be $150 each. There's no way I'm going to pay that much. I would rather buy new sconces then. Luckily I talked to Alan and he was able to give me the price he quoted me earlier. I took out one star because it's quite expensive. Overall they did a pretty good job. I was happy with the work. My sconces are looking like new!
Very poor service. I try contact with Dilip Patel for a quote. I sent 4 times e-Mail, ignored. I contact via phone, "Yes I got your e-Mail, I will send you price", still wait. How this big company can hold this poor person on main position "Customer Service" for company. CEO you need attention.
