RV Expert removed the old EPDM rubber and installed a sheet of Dicors Brite TEK material as shown below.

The stiffer nature of TPO means it stretches less and is more manageable, making installation quicker and easier. And BriteTEK is available with or without fleece backing to match the needs of RV manufacturers.

Our Installation Component Kit makes it easy for RVers and service centers to do their own repairs. The kit contains everything necessary for an average RV roof installation -- except for the roof membrane which is sold separately.

RV BriteTEK Roofing

BriteTEK has superior puncture and tear resistance and is tested by Carlisle Syntec to assure long term performance. Carlisle's BriteTEK membrane resists uneven weathering and fading and passes the ASTM 20 year accelerated aging test. BriteTEK is available with fleece backing. May not be suitable for all applications. Dicor's BriteTek Roofing System uses the same three part installation procedure as the EPDM system.
